Summer Program

Woodland's Early Childhood Summer Program is designed for students who are enrolled in our Early Childhood Program for the fall of 2024. The Early Childhood program will run in two week sessions and three sessions will be available.  Our ECE camps will take place from June 17- August 2, 2024 (excluding the July 4th week) from 8:30am-3:30pm daily. For our incoming three-year olds, extra focus will be given to becoming accustomed to Woodland, being in a classroom setting, and interacting in a group. Please note that due to licensing requirements, space is limited for these camps.

Session 1 - Sculpt it Up!

• June 17 - June 28, 2024
• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-3:30pm
• Cost $1390
• Become a sculptor and discover the magic of creating with clay and recycled materials! Each week, children will explore their sculpting skills with clay in week one and recycled materials in week two. At the end of each week, the children will take home their uniquely designed creation.

Session 2: Investigators Workshop

• July 8 - July 19, 2024
• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-3:30pm 
• Cost $1390
• Students will become investigators by asking the questions: How does it work? What will happen? Why does it do that? Children will investigate the answers to such questions through collaborative, engaging, and hands-on STEAM experiences!

Session 3: Under the Sea Exploration

• July 22 - August 2, 2024
• Monday-Friday: 8:30am-3:30pm 
• Cost $1390
• Students will engage in hands-on sensory play under the sea! They will “rescue” sea animals from jelly molds, create oceans using various materials, squish some sea slime, toss bean bags into the mouth of a shark, and enjoy lots of water play!

Cancellation Policy

We have created cancellation/change policies that are easy to understand, flexible, and transparent.
What if...

• You need to change your dates or the specialty camp selected:  If you need to change your dates or sessions up to 14 days before the start of the camp session, just contact us and if there is space available, we’ll make that change. A $50.00 Processing Fee will apply.
• You need to cancel on or before March 31, 2024:  Receive 100% of the tuition less the $100 non-refundable deposit.
• You need to cancel between April 1 and April 31, 2024:  Receive 50% of the tuition less the non-refundable $100 deposit.
• You need to cancel after May 1, 2024:  Unfortunately, on such short notice, no credit or refund is available.
• Woodland needs to cancel before the start of your camp session: Receive 100% of the amount back to the original payment method.
• Woodland needs to cancel for any reason after the start of your camp session:  Receive a prorated refund back to the original payment method based on the number of days the program runs.
