Join us for a festive day at Woodland School! This open-air celebration will be held on Woodland's campus and feature a birthday lunch, entertainment for the kids, a scavenger hunt with fun facts from Woodland's history, an opportunity to honor the school's founder, Lynne Nelson, and a chance for our extended community of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and families to come together in honor of all that makes Woodland so special.
Due to COVID-19 protocols, Woodland students may only attend the event for their grade level. Each child must be accompanied and supervised by a parent to attend. As a result, we realize some parents will attend at different times/locations and we appreciate your understanding. All current parents, alumni, parents of alumni, and former faculty must provide proof of vaccination to attend.
What To Bring
A blanket or lawn chair
Water bottles (snacks will be served, but not bottled water/beverages)
Face coverings will be required at all times unless actively eating or drinking
Show your Woodland spirit and test your knowledge of Woodland's four-decade history as you compete in our Virtual Scavenger Hunt. Both those in attendance and those unable to make the celebration on Saturday, October 2 are welcome to participate virtually in this fun-filled activity. You can play anytime from anywhere!
To play, please complete this RSVP form. You will receive an email with download information for the free Goosechase app and instructions on how to play. You may register as a family or individually. Woodland will send clue notifications to each registered email.
Hurry, the first clue will be posted on Friday, September 10. You can join the Scavenger Hunt anytime between now and October 2.
Help us kick off our 40th Spirit Week with an all-school, all-community essembly. Our extended community of students and their families, alumni, parents of alumni, and current and former employees are all invited to attend this virtual event.*
