A great way to get to know Woodland School is to attend our admission experiences offered through the admission season. You can register for one of these events through Ravenna (see step 3) or by contacting the Admission office at email@example.com or (650) 285-5229.
As much as we wish we could host your child on campus, our school visits this year will take place virtually. Once your completed application has been received, the Admission Office will reach out to schedule their visit. Please contact the admission office with any questions.
Early Childhood and Kindergarten: We will be participating in a shared assessment along with other independent schools in the Bay Area. Please stay tuned for more details coming soon!
Grades 1-4: Your child will have a 1:1 reading assessment with a grade level teacher via Zoom, as well as be invited to a virtual Closing Circle with the grade level cohort.
Grades 5-8: The Admission Office will contact you to schedule your virtual visit. Students will be invited to attend a Middle School Advisory session as well as an opportunity to meet our wonderful teachers.
Our virtual family interviews are an opportunity for us to get to know a little bit more about your child(ren) and family. Once you have completed the above steps, the admission office will contact you to schedule your family interview. In addition, families can learn more about our school community, academics, and various components of student life. We invite your whole family to participate in our discussion!
