A great way to get to know Woodland School is to attend our virtual admission experiences offered through the admission season. You can register for one of these events through Ravenna (see step 3) or by contacting the Admission office at admissions@woodland-school.org or (650) 285-5229. 

Our events take place both in person and virtually and we encourage you to attend a variety of events to get to know our program and school community. The virtual info sessions will give an overview of our curriculum, student experience and Woodland community. Our Campus Tours will give you a peek into classroom spaces and outdoor learning environments. While these events are not required, we do strongly encourage families attend so that you can learn why Woodland is a small school with a big heart.

Our virtual information sessions and on-campus tours for the 2026-27 school year will begin in mid-September.  Registration for virtual tours is available here and through Ravenna. Additionally, please take a few minutes to  virtually visit our campus through our Self-Guided Campus Tour.

Our application deadline for the 2026-27 school year has passed. Please reach out to admissions@woodland-school.org if you would like to inquire about space available in a specific grade.

Once your completed application has been received, you will be able to register for your child's student visit in Ravenna. Please contact the admission office with any questions.

Early Childhood: Small group visits: January 31, 2026 and February 28, 2026.

Kindergarten: Small group visits: January 24, 2026 and February 7, 2026. 

Grades 1-8: In person student visits during the school day. Select dates will be available to choose from in Ravenna.

Our virtual parent meetings are an opportunity for us to get to know a little bit more about your child(ren) and family. Once you have completed the above steps, the admission office will contact you to schedule your parent meeting. In addition, families can learn more about our school community, academics, and various components of student life.
